2. Information We Collect: Contact Form Data – First & Last Name, Email Address, State/Province, Country, Purpose of Communication, Message, IP Address, HTTP‑USER‑AGENT. System Data – Default WordPress cookies and other minimal session data needed for site functionality.

9. Childern's Privacy: Services are available anyone 18+, minors will not be given service.

10. Security: Cloudflare, Wordfence, WAF, SystemFirewall + server providers firewall, and standard security practices.

11. Data Breach: In the event of a data breach that compromises Personal Data, we will notify affected users via email or prominent website banner, and we will take immediate steps to mitigate the breach and prevent recurrence.

12. International Transfers: Personal Data may be transmitted to our payment providers servers which may be located in other parts of the world. These transfers are govered by the Data Privacy Act and the safegaurds that our payment provider provides.
